Public Toilet and Barbecue Cleaning Services

The City of Darwin is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to deliver cleaning services for public toilets, public barbecue facilities and one artwork installation located at various locations across the city.

The service delivery involves programmed cleaning services for approximately:

• 29 public toilet facilities
• 10 public barbecue facilities
• one artwork installation

The location of the facilities are geographically diverse across the City of Darwin. It is anticipated that awarding the works to a single contractor would result in cost efficiencies, given the colocation of a number of the public toilet and barbecue facilities.

Reactive services will also be required to be provided from time to time.

Service times are provided within these technical specifications for each of the activities. These indicative timeframes should be utilised as a guide only. Tenderers should undertake their own time calculations.
