Tree Maintenance Panel

Campaspe Shire Council has a requirement for ongoing tree trimming and associated works for Category A Non-Powerline and Category B Powerline trees and intends to establish a panel of approved contractors to ensure these works can be undertaken on an ongoing and as required basis.

This is a schedule of rates contract. No guarantee of the quantity of work under this Contract can be given.

Category B Powerline Clearance

Council is seeking tenders for the provision of the Electrical Line Clearance Works in the three declared townships of Echuca, Kyabram, and Rochester. This contract will apply to providing power line clearing works to Australian standard AS 4373 2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees and Councils requirements, along with the Electrical Line Clearance Regulations 2020.

Campaspe Shire Council (Council) is required to maintain vegetation clearance from above ground electrical lines to ensure compliance with the Electrical Safety Act 1998 and most recent Electricity Safety (Electric Line Clearance) Regulations 2020.

Council is seeking tenders for the provision of the Electrical Line Clearance Works in the three declared townships of Echuca, Kyabram, and Rochester. This contract will apply to providing power line clearing works to Australian standard AS 4373 2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees and Councils requirements, along with the Electrical Line Clearance Regulations 2020.

In addition, the successful contractor will also be required to undertake crown raising, general deadwood, crown balance where applicable, on each tree in the declared areas in accordance with Councils requirements refer to Section 4 - Program Requirements. Contract documents should be read thoroughly to ascertain the nature and full extent of the services to be provided as the agreement will be evidenced solely by the Contract.
