Barwon Soccer Club Turf Replacement

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong (the City) invites Respondents to submit a Tender to undertake the Works associated with Barwon Soccer Club’s Synthetic Turf Replacement for a training pitch.

The successful tenderer will be responsible for the delivery of the works as the Principal Contractor and engage and manage any sub-contractors.

A summary of the key components of the proposed works are listed below:

• Demolition of existing pitch
• Construction of new pitch in line with the design documentation and specification
• Retention / reinstatement of existing fencing
• Option for additional drain along perimeter of the field

This request for proposal closes at 2:00pm, 12 February 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Responses:

All submissions are to be provided online as an electronic response through this portal. All questions within the schedule must be responded to. Respondents must answer all questions in each section and provide supporting documentation where required.

Respondents must not upload a single proposal in one question and answer remaining questions with ‘please see answer in uploaded proposal’.

It is imperative that respondents are aware of the format and content of the schedule when collating their submission and follow this format when submitting.

Instructions are available at the beginning of the Response Schedule and failure to respond in this format may result in the submission not being evaluated.
