Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

IP Australia requires a customer-focused consultation website designed to engage stakeholders and the public in shaping intellectual property (IP) policy and administration.

It will host public and private consultations on topics such as trade marks, patents, designs, plant breeder’s rights and Indigenous Knowledge. It allows individuals, businesses, and industry groups to provide feedback on proposed reforms, legislative changes, and policy initiatives.

This approach helps IP Australia ensure its policies are informed, transparent, and aligned with community and industry needs.

 Our requirements:

  •  The solution must support comprehensive, end-to-end management of public and private consultations, including reporting. It should provide multiple input methods such as surveys, forms etc.
  • A highly customisable web-based interface and layout, allowing for seamless brand integration and tailored visual presentation. The website interface must be mobile-friendly and work reliably across all browsers.
  • The services provided will be based in Australia, all data must be hosted onshore in Australia and support the use of a custom domain.
  • Opt-in alerts for updates and future issues, keeping users informed throughout the consultation process
  • The provider must offer comprehensive training and ongoing support. The vendor must allow for a quick setup and implementation process.
  • The solution must support Role-based access control, enabling users to be assigned specific roles for managing and creating consultations.
  • Ongoing provider improvements and co-design capabilities are desirable.
