Hotham Hub - Commercial Operations

A rare opportunity exists for suitably experienced commercial operators to provide core services including and not limited to retail and rental, food and beverage operations, and toboggan slope operations, at the new Hotham Hub precinct located at Wire Plain, Mt Hotham Alpine Resort.

Hotham Hub represents an exciting evolution of the visitor experience at Mt Hotham. Reflecting the growth of snowplay and summer activities within the resort, the Hotham Hub provides a space for respite, relaxation, and recreation in a state-of-the-art facility, that includes retail, dining and indoor and outdoor public space, and accessible and family friendly toilets.

Hotham Hub also provides the ultimate functions and events, presenting a fresh opportunity to engage untapped market segments at Mt Hotham.

ARV welcomes commercial proposals for one (1) or more of the above-listed services, in addition to being open to exploring proposals that include other additional services.

As such, the invitation is open for prospective commercial operators to provide one or more of the following services within the Hotham Hub:

1. Food and Beverage
2. Retail and Rental Services
3. Toboggan Slope Operations
