Provision of Security Services

The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to deliver the security services detailed below. Council acknowledges that a single Tenderer may not be able to meet all tender requirements. Council strongly supports Tenderers engaging one or multiple subcontractors to ensure they are able to meet all tender requirements. Tenderers are to be aware that a partial solution will not be accepted.

•  Static guarding
•  Scheduled and unscheduled security patrols (inclusive of building lockups)
•  Opening closing of boom gates, gates and public toilets
•  Cash-in-transit operations
•  Crowd control operations
•  Staff escort operations
•  Monitoring of Council’s security systems
•  Security alarm incident response
•  Maintenance of Council’s security systems

A mandatory briefing will be held on Wednesday, 28 January 20206 at 9.30 am (Adelaide Time) at Council's Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road, Modbury SA 5092. Attendance in person is required. Council will be releasing confidential information at this briefing and attendees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement on the briefing day.

Tenderers that do not attend this briefing will be ineligible to submit a tender, as Council will be providing essential tender information during this briefing.
