Supply and Delivery of Granular Pavement Materials

The Supplier shall prepare and provide materials in accordance with the technical standards of this Specification.

Materials may include naturally occurring or processed gravels, crushed rock and soft or ripped rock.

At the sole discretion of the Superintendent’s Representative, these materials shall be:

• Loaded onto transport vehicles provided by the Principal at the Supplier’s nominated source point; or
• Delivered by the Supplier from the Supplier’s nominated source point to a location nominated by the Superintendent’s Representative within East Gippsland Shire.

The product shall be delivered:

• To a nominated stockpile location on Council managed land, or;
• Spread directly onto roads as part of road maintenance and unsealed road pavement renewal activities.
