Suppy and Delivery of Chemicals

Background

South East Water is looking to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers to provide water and wastewater treatment chemicals . South East Water operates various Water Recycling Plants, Odour Dosing Sites & Chemical Storage Facilities that have a primary function of water and wastewater treatment. The treatment function at each site will differ in complexity based on the size, purpose and the method in which the effluent is treated.

Scope of Works

The Supplier must provide all necessary labour, materials, plant equipment and overheads required for the supply and delivery of treatment chemicals to the nominated locations, to complete satisfaction of South East Water .

The required services include, but is not limited to:

•  Supply of treatment chemicals in accordance with the chemical specifications (attached)
•  Delivery of treatment chemicals in a timely and efficient manner to locations specified (attached)
•  Provision for emergency response to spills occurring at delivery sites
•  Technical assessments and advice

The Invitee must complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) through ICN Victoria’s VMC The Invitee must attach to their proposal an Acknowledgement Letter from ICN confirming that a LIDP had been submitted before tender closing due date.

Pre- assessment certificate for all suppliers tendering for Victorian Government Contracts over $1million.
