Tender Description
Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake the replacement of the existing roof sheeting, installation of new roof insulation and the replacement of deteriorated fibreglass wall panels on the north and south elevations of the sporting complex with new Colorbond (or equivalent) cladding.
Council also requires tenderers to provide pricing for two optional separable portions involving full wall recladding and colour-matching works to ensure a consistent facade finish.
