Sports Park Car Parks Design & Build Contract

Whangārei District Council (the Principal) is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably experienced and capable contractors for the Design and Build of two sealed car park upgrades at priority sports park sites.

This is a two-stage open procurement process:

• Stage 1: Registration of Interest (ROI) – this document (non-price shortlisting)

• Stage 2: Request for Tender (RFT) – invitation only to shortlisted suppliers (priced tenders)

The purpose of this ROI is to identify and shortlist suppliers with the relevant experience, capacity, and capability to deliver the project on an accelerated programme.
