This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
NHMRC is seeking an experienced Cyber Security and Cloud Security Specialist to deliver high priority milestones in uplifting security to higher maturity of Essential 8. This position is created to fully focus and implement, configure, test and assure that all the requirements of E8 is effectively deployed in NHMRC environment. NHMRC have assessed David Mitchel as the preferred candidate for this role.
NHMRC has moved to a fully Cloud-based ICT environment. Our IT infrastructure is designed to support a wide range of activities, from grant management to data sharing and collaboration with other government agencies and the health sector.
This is purely technical position, and all coordination or management activities are executed by internal security team.
Experience in deploying technical E8 controls
Fully familiar and experienced in Defender and Sentinel
Hands on technical experience with deploying security controls in Azure environment.
