This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Bureau of Meteorology (the Bureau) is seeking specialist SAP ECC HCM services to deliver enhancements across:
a. SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) to support compliant remuneration for day workers performing shift duties;
b. (Optional, subject to cost and feasibility) an enhanced SAP-based timesheet solution enabling direct time recording for all day workers; and
c. SAP ECC Payroll Control Centre (PCC) enhancements and a best-practice review to improve payroll compliance, efficiency, and operational resilience.
These related requirements are being consolidated into a single procurement to leverage common SAP HCM, payroll, time evaluation, and Enterprise Agreement expertise.
