Airport transfer services

The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing the following Services:

• Safe, reliable, and value-for-money car transportation for Travellers between their homes or offices and the airport.
• Comprehensive coverage of all Traveller’s residential areas in both Sydney and Melbourne.
• A fleet of adequate size and capacity to meet routine and peak travel demands.
• Operations that run continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to accommodate all flight schedules and last-minute changes.
• Flexible, real-time booking and scheduling systems for FFMA travel bookers to make or modify reservations at short notice.
• Strict compliance and safety standards for drivers and vehicles, including licensing, background checks, and regular inspections.
• A positive Traveller experience through courteous Service, clean vehicles, and robust feedback mechanisms.
• Adherence to environmental and ethical standards, including the use of low-emission vehicles and support for diversity and inclusion.
