Consultancy - Grandstand Seating Refresh

The consultancy will support the development of a comprehensive delivery plan for the seating refresh project.

Objectives include:

•  Review of current seating configurations and infrastructure.
•  Assessment of seating condition across all SSCT venues.
•  Development of a seating replacement strategy prioritising safety, usability, and flexibility.
•  Preparation of specifications and tender documentation for replacement works.
•  Support in tender evaluation and vendor selection.

Scope of Work

Consultancy

•  Conduct condition assessments of all grandstand seating.
•  Review fire rating compliance of existing seating.
•  Develop seating replacement priorities and schedules.
•  Draft specifications for new seating compatible with existing infrastructure.
•  Prepare tender documentation and participate in vendor evaluation.
•  Provide professional services estimate for Phase 2 delivery.

Tender

•  Draft specification schedules for each work package.
•  Assist with the preparation of assessment criteria and tender response framework.
•  Be an active participant of the tender assessment panel
