Council Municipal Offices Cleaning Services - Multiple Locations

Clarence City Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Respondents for the provision of office and general cleaning services at council municipal offices located at:

•  38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tas 7018
•  Unit 3, 10 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park Tas 7018
•  Suites 3 and 4, Level 3, 6 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park Tas 7018
•  85 Tollard Drive, Rokeby Tas 7019
•  54 Mornington Road, Mornington Tas 7018

Full details are provided in Schedule 1 of the specimen copy of the Contract appearing in Part 4 of this Invitation. Tenderers are to contact Council’s nominated contact officer named on the cover page if additional information is required to complete the Tender Response.

PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING

For clarification of the Services, a pre-Tender site meetings are scheduled for:

• Thursday 15 January 2026 at 9.30am at the Clarence City Council Offices located at 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park. Once complete council staff and Respondents will walk over to both Unit 3, 10 Bayfield Street and Suite 3 and 4, Level 3, 6 Bayfield Street for viewing.

Respondents will then be released from this site to make their own way over to the council Depot at 54 Mornington Road. This meeting will start 20 minutes after release from Bayfield (or when all Respondents have arrived).

Once the site inspection of the Depot has been completed Respondents will then be released to make their own way to Youth Services at 85 Tollard Drive, Rokeby. Again, this meeting will start 20 minutes after release from the Depot (or when all Respondents have arrived).

Attendance at these meetings is not mandatory; however, this will be the only opportunity to physically explore the site with the Nominated Council Project Manager in attendance. It is advised that Respondents should commit to viewing of all properties. In the case of needing to depart please let council staff know.

High Vis clothing is required to be worn at the Depot site.
