PCS-03338 - WREQ0023325 - Provision of SAP Configuration Documentation

Documentation detailing the configuration of AFP’s SAP Payroll system.

The documentation will provide a complete list of active wage types, leave categories, quotas, STP and superannuation mapping, contract types, and other factors affecting entitlements and payments. It must also explain how these variables interact (e.g. for each wage type, how it is impacted by leave, how it is affected by factoring, how it reports for STP2, superannuation (both OTE and FCS), and which contract/employment types it is valid for).

The services to complete the documentation outlines above will be required to have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience in performing as an SAP Technical Specialist.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation of Technical Specification documentation.
• Highly desirable: experience within Federal and/or State Government and SAP Public Sector solutions.
• Good communication and writing skills, the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• The Services provided will be required to adhere to AFP Values.
• The specified personnel must hold an A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
• The services provided will require being onsite, based in Canberra (Edmund Barton Building).
