Sale Tennis Club Hardcourt Redevelopment and LED Lighting Upgrade Project

⁠⁠⁠The Sale Tennis Club is completing the Sale Tennis Hardcourt Redevelopment and LED Lighting Upgrade Project. The project will reconfigure and resurface 4 existing asphalts with acrylic surfaced tennis courts and 1 multi-purpose hotshots/pickleball court and 3 tennis courts, all with a new synthetic grass sports surface. All courts will have new LED lighting installed, fencing, pathways, hit up walls, auxiliaries and all associated infrastructure and works such as drainage and site earthworks/demolition. The courts are to be sized according to Tennis Australia guidelines club competition level, with all court run-offs to be comfortably beyond the minimum overall pavement widths required for competition standard club tennis.

Suitably skilled and qualified suppliers and installers are invited to provide a submission to supply all relevant materials and to redevelop the proposed courts. Tendering submissions can include one or all parts as outlined in the Technical Specifications and as noted in the Pricing Schedule. This document (including all specifications, drawings, and all associated information) has been developed to give tendering companies an understanding of the scope of works to enable them to supply relevant information required by the tender panel for their consideration of each tender submission.

Tendering submissions shall include all product details, photographs of completed similar projects with the same surfacing. The tender submission should be complete with all installation/construction details and methodology proposed by the tenderer for the consideration of the Council.

Wellington Shire Council is advertising the tender on behalf of the Sale Tennis Club. The site where the works will take place is as follows – Sale Tennis Courts, 51 Guthridge Parade Sale, Victoria.
