Head Street Sportsgrounds and Elwood Park Croquet Courts

The City of Port Phillip (Council) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Field of Play Consultant team to provide design services for the Elwood Park Head Street sportsgrounds and Croquet courts upgrade project. The successful consultant team shall work with Council officers to develop a concept and detailed design package, suitable for construction purposes.

The catalyst for the project is the Main Drain upgrade (duplication) project, being coordinated by Melbourne Water (MW). The Elwood Main Drain runs through the southern part of the site where the sportsgrounds are located, resulting in complete demolition of the existing playing fields.
