Australian Grand Prix - Music Production

1. EVENT

The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix is a world class motorsport event held annually at Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit in Melbourne. The event attracts more than 400,000 attendees across four days, featuring global sporting and entertainment offerings. The Event is held over a four-day period, typically in March/April each year.

2. SCOPE OF WORKS & SERVICES

The scope of works and services under the Contract include, but are not limited to:

Part A - Artist Services:

• Lineup curation - talent suggestions that align with AGPC’s programming intentions and budget
•  Present deal memo’s and contract talent on AGPC’s behalf
•  Take reasonable steps to marketing engagement and PR exposure from talent
•  Assist in preparing song licensing approvals for marketing collateral
•  Deliver on-ground artist services with a team of artist liaisons, adhering to budgets and timelines
•  Work with engaged technical production team and other relevant contractors to ensure artists technical and hospitality riders are accommodated

Part B - Technical Production:

• Supply the labour, materials, plant and technical equipment required to deliver, maintain and remove the ‘Main Stage’ structure and production at the Lakeside precinct
•  Work closely with AGPC teams and engaged suppliers to adhere to a strict construction program and ensure appropriate and smooth delivery of services
•  Work closely with AGPC teams and Formula 1 to produce the ‘Fan Forum’ proceedings throughout the event, as well as further ad hoc activations and ceremonies as they arise
•  Work closely with artist services teams to accommodate technical requirements of artists
