Supply and Delivery of Bulk Fuel

Council is seeking to engage a qualified and reliable supplier to provide the following:

• Supply and delivery of bulk diesel fuel to three Council depot locations (Colac, Gellibrand and Apollo Bay).
• Implementation of a fuel management system to monitor individual plant fuel usage.

Provisional Items

• Supply of three self-bunded fuel tanks (two 5,000-litre and one 10,000-litre self-bunded tanks) each equipped with a delivery system to service heavy fleet, with the option for Council to purchase or lease.

Note for suppliers intending to submit a response.

• Allow sufficient time to upload your submission to the etender portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm as large files may take some time to load.
• Failure to fully upload your submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal.
• Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
