This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Digital Services is involved in the design, development, delivery and sustainment of digital services for the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the department). To deliver these services it augments its workforce and capabilities by utilising Solution Integrators with an understanding of the department and the capacity and capability to scale up and down to meet project demands.
Its work program centres on systems supporting aged care, health programs, disability programs, product regulation and subsidisation, service delivery and analytic platform capability.
The two main platforms that the department utilises are Salesforce for Aged Care and Microsoft Power Platform for health programs, product regulation and subsidisation.
ServiceNow is being implemented for service management; and there are analytic platforms being utilised.
Digital Services are seeking to identify a pre-qualified/merit list of Solution Integrators to augment its teams with key specialisation in:
- Salesforce/MuleSoft platform;
- AWS Cloud;
- Siebel/Oracle;
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power Bi, D365, Azure cloud;
- ServiceNow;
- Data analytics including data engineers, ML/AI engineers, GCP data services;
- Artificial Intelligence;
- Artificial intelligence; and
- Other specialist capabilities as required.
