TechnologyOne Technical Specialist Support

DAFF requires the support from a specialist in TechnologyOne for the provision of:

• Scoping and Analysis of existing configuration
• Configuration of CiA for assigned functional groups, including ETLs, integrations and reports, where required
• Technical testing (i.e. unit testing) and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Inform the development of related change and communications artefacts such as Quick Reference Guides to support end users
• Cutover planning and execution for releases
• Support for Business as Usual and FMIS projects
• Working with other key project staff to inform planning, reporting and schedule management
• Liaison and consultation with key business stakeholders and Subject Matter experts
• Provide advice on technical enhancements for projects, for example to inform business cases for future funding, project delivery and evaluation
