This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
CSIRO’s Information Management and Technology (IMT) enterprise unit is seeking to enhance its people resource management capabilities across both BAU operations and project work. BAU and Projects operate under a shared resource model with a workforce of approximately 400 staff across ~80 teams, effective resource planning and allocation are critical to improve efficiency, utilisation, and delivery outcomes.
We require expert advice to identify and recommend suitable tools and products that align with our operational needs and strategic objectives.
IMT is also looking for options that combine project task tracking with overall resource management; however, this is an optional requirement.
