Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) is seeking proposals from potential sellers (Sellers) for the provision of Managed ICT Services (Services) as specified in the Statement of Requirements (SoR) and in accordance with this Request for Quote (RFQ). These services include:
Transition Services;
a) cloud tenancy transition services;
b) network design and configuration services;
c) new systems and software implementation services;
d) ICT security uplift services;
e) data migration services;
f) systems integration services;
g) application sustainment services;
h) application development services;
i) program management services;
j) business analysis services;
k) testing and test automation services;
l) strategic planning and design; and
m) Project management services.
Common Services;
a) continual improvement;
b) incident management;
c) problem management;
d) information security management;
e) knowledge management;
f) change management;
g) risk management;
h) service request fulfilment; and
i) the use of the Service Management Platform toolsets,
Ongoing Services;
a) Service Desk and End User Services;
b) Infrastructure Services;
c) Microsoft Azure Services;
d) Unified Communications;
e) Core Software Services;
f) Operational Security Services; and
g) Business Application Services.
