Review benefit measures and related expenditure for the PULSE program. Seeking qualified organisations for measures evaluation and analysis.
Project goals
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to obtain quotes from qualified organisations to review the series of measures and associated expenditure against the specific benefits identified for the PULSE program.
Scope
1. Review Benefit Measures for the PULSE Program
- Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of current measures.
- Recommend improvements to enhance quality and precision.
- Propose additional measures to strengthen benefit tracking and reporting.
2. Review PULSE Program Expenditure
- Align spending with identified benefits where possible.
- Categorise costs
