Kingston City Council invites companies to download RFP documentation and submit a Request for Proposal for the abovementioned Lease.

Please ensure RFP submissions are submitted before the RFP submission close date and time.

Late RFP submissions will not be accepted.

All submissions must ensure that their proposal can meet the following scope of this RFP (but also not be limited to):

• renovate and maintain the Site to provide safe, compliant, and functional accommodation
• deliver services aligned with emergency or transitional housing needs including tenancy management and support services
• fund all capital works, repairs, and ongoing maintenance of the Site independently
