Request for Tender - Supply of Long Duration Breathing Apparatus (LDBA) and Associated Products and Services and Associated Products and Services
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) is responsible for serving and protecting communities across Melbourne and Victoria’s major regional centres with 85 FRV stations located across the state. FRV responds to fires, complex rescues, road crashes, emergency medical calls and hazardous chemical spills. FRV’s workforce is highly trained and ready to respond to emergencies across Victoria, Australia, and the world and work as one in the emergency services sector.
FRV delivers many projects every year, many of which support operations, with a variety of suppliers. The successful Invitee will be considered a lead supplier partnering with FRV to achieve strategic objectives.
FRV’s Breathing Apparatus Department partners with the business providing in-house expertise on critical equipment and the processes applied to use that equipment, with a remit to improve response efficiencies and outcomes and meet our obligation to support the Victorian Community.
FRV is seeking responses to this Invitation for the Supply of Long Duration Breathing Apparatus (LDBA) to meet FRV’s requirements as outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications. FRV is also seeking that the supplier will deliver training and servicing of the new equipment.
Respondents are required to review all provided documentation and complete the supplied templates, which form part of the evaluation process.
