Period Contract for Cleaning Services for Key ARC Council Facilities/Buildings & Outdoor Facilities

⁠⁠⁠The Armidale Regional Council invites Request for Tender Submissions to Cleaning Business, to tender for the supply of Cleaning Services as specified to Period Contract for Cleaning Services for Key Council Administrative Facilities/Buildings and Outdoor Toilet Facilities as specified in the Request for Tender (RFQ) and attached documentation provided.

The period of the engagement will be a two (2) year period and options to extend for a period of two (2) x two (2) years at Council’s sole discretion from the execution date of the contract at the sole discretion of the Council.

Council reserves the right to enter a contract with one or more contractors based on evaluations of each subsection and overall value for money that is provided in the tender.

It is most likely that separate agreements will be in place to satisfy the requirements and specialist cleaning services as and when required by the Council
