Parks Victoria is seeking a high-quality Licenced Tour Operator (LTO) with the vision and capacity to deliver ghost tours at the Quarantine Station at Point Nepean National Park. Parks Victoria is committed to providing quality experiences to park visitors and this is an exclusive opportunity to acquire an LTO licence at Point Nepean for the operation of ghost tours.

This opportunity provides the potential to deliver a visitor offering and craft an engaging experience showcasing the unique values of Point Nepean National Park and the Quarantine Station.

Key highlights of this Expression of Interest:

• An opportunity to create a distinctive night-time ghost tour offering in a well-known national park within the heritage listed Quarantine Station.
• Night time ghost tours commence following the conclusion of the Historical Tours twilight session or after sunset, as appropriate. Please note that start times may vary throughout the year.
• Two year competitively allocated exclusive Tour Operator Licence for ghost tours at the Quarantine Station, located in Point Nepean National Park.
• Potential to package with other Point Nepean National Park products and experiences.

Proponents should consider:

• How the ghost tours will integrate, compliment and share the site with other similar licenced tour offers.
• Traditional Owners - support and enhance natural and cultural heritage messaging.
• Offer access to visitors of all abilities - including wheelchairs, walkers or prams.
