Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The high-level scope for the Strategy is:
- A draft AI Strategy that outlines how the AEC will approach the use case of Generative AI. *
- Use case options and technology choices.
- Draft AI roadmap setting out the implementation approach to deliver on the strategy.
- A business case that sets out the investment required to deliver on the roadmap including any procurements that are required, ROM investment costs, tech stack, staff training and governance requirements.
Note that the AEC will be unable to answer questions from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
