Consultancy Services Supplier Panel

The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) was established on 1 December 2020 with a mandate to manage the Great Ocean Road and its surroundings as “one living and integrated entity” and to deliver better protection and management of the iconic coast and parks of Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.

GORCAPA’s primary purpose is to protect, conserve, rehabilitate and manage Crown Land and coastal assets within the Great Ocean Road coast and parks area.

In partnership with our Traditional Owners, the Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation (WTOAC) and the Eastern Maar Aboriginal Corporation (EMAC), GORCAPA aims to foster resilience of the natural, cultural and heritage values of coastal Crown land and marine waters along the Great Ocean Road.

Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is establishing a simple pre-qualification panel for low to medium value engagements to provide consultancy services to assist with project management and statutory planning consents. The panel has a focus on experience with coastal projects and legislation, in particular the Marine & Coastal Act, on the Great Ocean Road. Between 4-8 panel members are expected to be invited to join the panel depending on the range of expertise.

We invite expressions of interest from a range of consultancies who believe they can service this niche. There will be a follow up shortlisting process, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to price a project to deliver.
