Kitchen Exhaust Fans Replacement

Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation (Map Co) (Organisation) is a state business corporation established by the Victorian Government under the State-Owned Enterprise Act 1992 and operating since July 2022. The Minister for Creative Industries is the relevant Minister for MAP Co, and the Treasurer is the sole shareholder.

MAP Co has the responsibility for the operations, programming promotion and maintenance of Federation Square. MAP Co also oversees the delivery of the $1,7 billion Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation Project.

The Organisation is issuing a tender for the provision of Works at Federation Square as outlined below:

The project relates to the replacement of kitchen exhaust fans, including associated ancillary works, identified and located within the following buildings:

• NGVA: FM-19 and FM-36
• West Commercial (Transport): WC-3, WC-4, WC-5 and WC-6
• Function Centre (Zinc): FC-1 and FC-3
• Birrarung Building: SC-1, SC-2, SC-3, and SC-9, SC-10
