Renewal SA is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified builder for the construction of five (5) houses in Bordertown as part of the broader Regional Key Worker Housing (RKWH) Scheme.
The successful contractor(s) will enter into a fixed-price construction contract with Renewal SA for the design and construction of five (5) new homes (dwellings).
• 5 x 3-bedroom homes
‒ Minimum 2 separate shower/bathroom (one can be ensuite), guide gross living floor area from 150m2 (including garage), double enclosed carport/garage, undercover alfresco outdoor area.
Optional Price
• One (1) x 4-bedroom home
‒ Minimum 2 separate shower/bathroom (one can be ensuite), 2 separate living areas, guide gross living floor area from 180m2 (including garage), double enclosed carport/garage, undercover alfresco outdoor area.
