Tender Description
This tender seeks to establish a new contract for the supply of card-based fuel and associated products to the New South Wales, Victorian and Queensland Governments and their eligible buyers.
Project goals
- Renew the contract to supply card fuel and associated products.
- Create an exclusive panel of suppliers.
- Continue to achieve competitive pricing and supply continuity of card fuel and associated products beyond 30 June 2026.
- Deliver value-for-money outcomes through spend consolidation and leveraging volumes to reduce costs.
- Seek pricing improvements applicable to proposed contract extensions and improved payment terms.
- Encourage competition through an open tender engagement and provide opportunities for Aboriginal, local, small, and medium suppliers.
- Support government priorities for Aboriginal, local, small, and medium suppliers.
- Promote a strategic and coordinated approach to whole-of-government procurement.
- Ensure supply security and market stability for government.
- Maximise service provision in regional and remote areas, with due consideration given to universal fuel card aggregators
Additional details/instructions
- Enquiries received after 4:00 pm on 19 December 2025 until 9:00 am on 12 January 2026 will not be answered due to the NSW Government Christmas close-down period. All questions received during this period will be responded to on 12 January 2026.
- The enquiry cut-off date is COB 29 January 2026. Any enquiry received after this will not be answered unless NSW Procurement considers it to be in the interests of all respondent
