Coliban Future Workplace - Refurbishment & Fit Out

Coliban Water provides forward notice for the upcoming tender for Renovation of the existing Coliban Water office at 37-45 Bridge Street. Work will include updating building services and office fit out. A minimum registration with the Building and Plumbing Commission as a Commercial Builder – Limited to structural fit-out work will be required. Location of the work is Bendigo, VIC

Note that Local Jobs First, Social Procurement and Fair Jobs Code requirements will form part of this tender.
