Early Contractor Involvement for P-0509542 CD3P Dumper Cell Replacement Project

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Work

RTIO Sustaining Capital is seeking expressions of interest from construction contractors to undertake installation activities for CD3P Car Dumper Cell replacement project at RTIO`s Dampier port.

CD3P is the first of 4 upcoming dumper cell replacements.

The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the construction phase including but not limited to:

• Civils
• SMP
• EI&C
• Cranes & construction equipment
• removal of redundant plant.

Enabling works will commence in Q4 2026 - Q2 2027. Installation and commissioning Q3 2027, removal works Q4 2027

Interested contractors should respond to this Expression of Interest by providing detailed answers to the questions outlined and by supplying the requested supporting information.

RTIO will develop the construction contract tender list based on the EOI response and supporting documentation.
