Tender Description
Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre (Te Pae) is seeking proposals from industry-leading Suppliers (each a Respondent) to assist us in an in-depth conditions assessment of the venue’s infrastructure and components.
The analysis must validate and enhance the accuracy of estimated asset life and replacement costs in accordance with ISO 55001 Asset Management standards and the NAMS Property Manual.
The selected Supplier will be expected to offer a user-friendly and dynamic software solution with the ability to create meaningful reports.
