Annual Servicing of Council Pool Chemical Systems

Banana Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to service the chemical dosing systems at our 3 public pool facilities for a 3-year contract.

Pool Locations:

• Biloela - 70 Rainbow St Biloela
• Moura – 21-25 Davey St Moura
• Taroom – 12 Yaldwyn St Taroom

Submitted quotes must show a breakdown of costs for onsite labour/service time, travel time, accommodation, a meal allowances, fuel levies, parts and goods for service for each pool.

We would hope all servicing could be completed at approximately August each year, during our closure/off season, pending works at the facilities.

The successful contractor will work with Council regarding upgrades and best practices with the treatment of town pools and how they are treated/filtered into the future. if necessary, during the contract term, the successful contractor will be contact for advice and replacement of failed equipment.

We require annual servicing as per manufacturers requirements to all systems, including:

• ProMinent Dialog Chemical Controller Units

• ProMinent Dosing Pumps

• Provide spare parts

We also have a Seimens Ezetrol Plus in Taroom, and an Aussie Chlorinator XT in Biloela, that will require servicing to manufacturer standards.

This annual servicing quote will be for a period of 3 years providing services in the winter of 2026, 2027 & 2028.

Your quote must be a fixed quote for three financial years shown as a separate amount for each year.
