Project goals
To collect information from the catering services market to understand capability, coverage, delivery timeframes and practical considerations relevant to supporting NSW SES during operational events.
Insights from this RFI will be used to assess whether a catering panel or alternative sourcing approach is appropriate, and to inform any future procurement design.
Scope
Provision of healthy, reliable and scalable catering services to support NSW SES personnel deployed during operational events. Services may include preparing and delivering meals within short timeframes, supporting a range of dietary requirements, and supplying meals to various metropolitan and regional locations across NSW. This RFI seeks information to understand how suppliers could support these needs and to inform any future procurement approach.
