Construction of new single storey education building with associated works.

Total building approx. 500m2.

Tenderer’s registration to include and will be evaluated on the following criteria:

• Past Performance: Relevant company and personnel experience; References; Previous experience with client and design consultants.
• Capacity: current commitments and availability; Perceived financial viability; Proximity.
• Capability: Perceived ability to provide an appropriate service on this project.
• Submission quality

Registration does not imply selection on limited tender list. Documents expected to be released to selected tender list February 2026. Submit registration via email by 12th December 2025
