Tender Description
Registered Building Contractors, with previous experience of delivery new education campus projects (>$80M) are invited to express their interest for a new Year 11 & 12 campus to be located in the Lancefield Road Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). The campus will include delivery of the following buildings in a single stage:
- General Learning
- Specialist
- Learning Commons
- Administration
- Gymnasium
The project also includes significant landscaping, car parking & associated siteworks.
