Refurbishment to address accessibility shortcomings, improve functionality, and cater to the growing needs of staff and customers.
The project will reconfigure existing spaces, provide compliant disability-accessible facilities, and create additional amenities, including new office spaces.
Works to include creating a DDA toilet and shower inside the main office for staff, two times cubical for men & women. Shortening boardroom to make use of unused space and creating another small open office with two additional desks.
Rework of the external public toilets will be required to create room for external works and will bring the external disabled toilet up to code.
