This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Library is seeking services to analyse the current 'on-premise' instance of Aurion to identify and implement a range of database hygiene activities to ensure accurate data is transitioned to the cloud. The Library is also seeking Aurion System Administrator support, on an as needed basis. In addition, the Library is seeking technical documents to be prepared that outline the current configuration of the database, which will guide the development of test plans for the transition to cloud project and procedure and training documents.
The following requirements are being sought:
- Analyse the Library's 'on-premise' Aurion instance and provide a report that identifies recommended data hygiene requirements before transition to cloud and opportunities for improvements or efficiency in Aurion Administration processes.
- As required, provide leave coverage for the Aurion System Administrator function, including resolution of technical system issues, general system maintenance and HR reporting requirements, such as end of month reporting. Estimated to be 15 days of support.
- Develop technical documentation of current configuration requirements and support the development of test scripts, procedures and training materials to support the transition to cloud project.
- Provide technical support to the Library’s Aurion Administrator as part of the test, deploy and go-live phases of the transition to cloud project.
