Sewer Main Renewals

Coliban Water invites tender submissions for the Sewer Main Renewals Program to be delivered throughout its service region in North-Central Victoria. The scope of work will focus on the renewal of sewer mains through slip lining and replacement works. Services are commence from middle of 2026 on a schedule of rates contract.

Questions will be answered up until 5:00pm on Thursday 26 February 2026 and Question and Answer Addendums will be posted on this site intermittently. Note that Local Jobs First, Fair Jobs Code and Social Procurement requirements will form part of this tender.
