Park Avenue Shade and Seating

Manningham Council is seeking a contractor for the design and construction of a weather protected tiered seating structure at Manningham Park Reserve, Park Avenue, Doncaster.

Contractor needs to fill out the attached Sustainability Criteria document as part of their tender submission.

A MANDATORY site visit will be held commencing at 11.00 AM (AEST) on Monday 8 December 2025.

Any questions about this tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in the etender portal. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
