Cleaning Services to Legal Aid office – Kununurra (East Kimberley)

This Request is for the provision of cleaning services (“the Services”) at the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia Office located at 98 Konkerberry Drive in Kununurra, Western Australia.

The Respondent is required to provide a response for the provision of regular, periodic, and ad-hoc retainer cleaning services.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 98 Konkerberry Drive, Kununurra 6743 on 16 December 2025 9:00 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted in relation to this procurement.

The briefing will consist of two parts, both of which are mandatory:

• A in-person session hosted at the above location and facilitated virtually by metropolitan based personnel from the Department of Housing and Works and the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia to outline the tender requirements.
• A walkthrough of the site.

Respondents must confirm attendance no later than 5:00 PM AWST on Monday, 15 December 2025 and provide the names of all personnel who will attend.
