Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology Branch and the Southeast Asia Strategy and Maritime Branch are seeking to engage qualified training provider to deliver an intensive, hands-on cybersecurity training program for 10–15 cybersecurity professionals from various government agencies within a Southeast Asian Country. The training will focus on advanced web application and database protection, penetration testing, secure coding, and incident response.

The training program aims to:

  • strengthen internal technical capacity to defend against sophisticated cyber threats; and
  • reduce reliance on external service providers for critical security testing; and
  • establish internal trainers to cascade skills across agency units; and
  • align cybersecurity practices with international standards and national cyber defence strategies; and
  • ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of digital infrastructure.
