Community Learning and Service Centre (CLSC) Service Model Review

This RFP is made by Council for proposals from suitable Contractors, for the provision of a service review for Council’s Community Learning and Service Centre Department – reviewing ‘Council Plus’, the integrated customer service model across libraries and hubs.

As a result of the RFP, the Council is seeking to award a contract to a qualified Contractor for a period of no more than six months, to review the strengths and challenges of the current service model and develop recommendations for a sustainable service model, as outlined in the Part A – Request for Proposal 1.4 Key Deliverables
