Councillors Continuing Professional Development Program

Council is seeking proposals from experienced consultants to plan and deliver a detailed program of Councillors Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program as per recommendations from the Final Monitors Report and Councils response to the Report, including to:

• Undertake an assessment of Councillors Leadership, Governance and Integrity performance
• Develop and deliver a CPD program based on the outcome of the assessment and other requirements as outlined in the Final Report
• Work with Councillors to develop a self-assessment framework

Note for suppliers intending to submit a response. Please allow sufficient time to upload your submission via the etender portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm as large files may take some time to load.

Failure to complete your submission by the close time will result in being shut out of the portal.

Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
