Expression of Interest: Salesian College Sunbury – Year 11 & 12 Campus

Registered Building Contractors, with previous experience of delivery new education campus projects (< $80M) are invited to express their interest for a new Year 11 & 12 campus to be located in the Lancefield Road Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). The campus will include delivery of the following buildings in a single stage:

• General Learning

• Specialist

• Learning Commons

• Administration

• Gymnasium

The project also includes significant landscaping, car parking & associated siteworks.
